To maintain a secure and organized return process, we utilize a mandatory Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) system.
Please follow these steps:
CRITICAL NOTICE: Please do not send items back to the sender’s address on the original shipping label without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns sent without a valid RMA number cannot be tracked or processed for a refund.
For Vases: Any item that has been filled with water, used for floral arrangements, or shows signs of residue/cleaning cannot be accepted for return.
For Wine Coolers (if applicable): Any unit that has been plugged in, installed, or used for beverage storage is ineligible for a “Remorse Return” due to safety regulations. All original protective packaging must be intact.
At The Vase Gallery, we believe in full transparency. We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items. Whether you are returning a defective item or simply changed your mind, you will not be penalized with hidden administrative or restocking surcharges.
